Its official! In partnership with Acro-pad, the Big Dance Company is now offering an elite program to take your acrobatics to a new level, with high end training, equipment led by renowned acrobatic Master teacher Liam Swattridge and assistant teacher. 
 
£50 for the 2 remaining sessions (dates unattended will not be refunded I'm afraid)

BEGINNERS/INTERMEDIATE - Working on the fundamental skills including bridges, handstands, cartwheels and variations leading towards aerials and back handsprings.
The class will consist on a detailed warm up including cardio, stretch and strength and will develop in to specific skills to gain the understanding of the skills that they can lead to and will get a chance to learn the way we teach the popular tricks like an aerial and back handspring.
INTERMEDIATE /ADVANCED - Working on advanced tumbling and dance tricks. Dancers must have a strong back handspring and Ariel unassisted.
