Returns & Cancellation Policies

Clothing 

We want you to love your purchase, but if you change your mind, that’s okay! You can return clothing items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as:

  • Condition of items – Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on tight.

  • Proof of purchase – Please include your receipt or order confirmation when returning your item.

  • Refunds & exchanges – Once we’ve checked your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Exchanges are welcome if we have the size or style in stock.

  • Return shipping – Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service so your parcel arrives safely. Alternatively, simply bring the item for return to our store in person. 

  • Faulty or incorrect items – If you receive something faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including return postage.

    NOTE: Where clothing  items are branded, to maximise the life span of the product it is important to adhere to the following care instructions as laid out in our online store, including:
    - Wash items inside out on a low temperature of 20 degrees Centigrade, avoid using fabric softeners.
    - Never tumble dry or hang the printed side directly on a hot radiator.
    - Iron inside out, NEVER iron directly over printed garments.
     

Dance Workshops & Events 

We can’t wait to welcome you to our workshops and events! Please take a moment to read our cancellation and returns policy:

  • Down Payment – A non-refundable down payment is required to secure your place. This down payment can be carried over to the following year if the balance is paid in full.

  • Cancellations – If you need to cancel, please let us know in writing at least 30 days before the event/workshop. In this case, we will refund your payment minus the 25% non-refundable down payment.

  • Less than 30 Days’ Notice – Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice cannot be refunded or carried forward.

  • Transfers – If you can’t attend, you may transfer your place to another person of similar age / ability level. Please contact us to arrange this.
