THIS WEEK’S TOP STORIES
Great achievements this week !
Shout Out’s
Sanou, Lexie, and Amber were an absolute pleasure to work with this week in their one to one session. They brought a positive attitude, created a relaxed studio atmosphere, applied corrections well, and took proactive responsibility for their dancing through thoughtful opinions and quick decision-making. This kind of attitude to learning is so important for growth.
The Jazz Grade 2 dancers demonstrated tremendous dedication this week, incorporating feedback effectively and demonstrating a noticeable step forward in their approach to training. Big results!
Our Pre-Jazz class—featuring 18 high-energy dancers aged 6 to 9—has demonstrated fantastic etiquette. In just one lesson, they learned two exam exercises and mastered counting and clapping along independently. Everyone looks wonderfully presented in their matching
uniforms!
Erin Thirlby has been selected for the CYD dance team choreographed by Harrison Jones! We are incredibly proud of this fantastic achievement and wish her the absolute best of luck with her upcoming performance.
Skye Hollow recently competed at a dance event, achieving outstanding results! She placed 1st in Acro and 3rd in Lyrical. Well done, Skye—thank you for representing BDC so brilliantly!
Sophia showed beautiful dancing and great listening and paying full attention in the little acorns class this week even when not asked. Huge well done Sophia!
